When i send email from my outlook express, it keeps the email in the outbox and keeps sending constantly?

If i do not delete it from the outbox, it will send the email every few minutes. I have to manually delete the email from the outbox. Now the result is that i do not have a record of copy of the emails in my outlookexpress sent box. What do i do, please help.

If the email is unable to send, it could be connectivity problem on your end, usually your ISP, or your mail provider.





You can first test to see if you have connectivity problem, eg. go to www.cnn.com, or www.yahoo.com. If you have no problem, you can call your mail provider and ask if they have any issue with their mailserver, specifically the outgoing server (SMTP).





All successful email sent out will be moved to the "Send Folder" in your Outlook Express.
