How do you set up Outlook Express to forward all my email going there to another email account?

You can make a email 'rule' to forward.





Depending on the version you have, to go Rules and start the wizard. Pick what messages for the rule, then pick 'forward' and the address.





I would think you could do this on the email server however, and it would be instant, and not require outlook to be running on a client.
