How do i conect my outlook express email account to my hotmail account?

do i have to pay and how do i do it


when i go to send and recieve emails in outlook it says cannot connect to hotmail requires subscription please join at http://join.msn.com/general/email'.


but i go there and then i cant seem to find where to go


please help

well you cant use it as a pop3 account because thats only a feature for paying customers HOWEVER you click add account, and theres an option for POP/IMAP/Hotmail ;)

Reply:Open your outlook express, then 'tools', 'accounts'. 'Add mail', 'name', 'email address'.....someone@hotmail.com, then email server name which will bring up the box as HTTP server. Hit 'next' to put in your password, then 'finish' and you're done.


Go back to outlook express and download your folders
