How can I get rid of Outlook Express? I just got a new computer and need to take that email off. HELP!?

Click on "start" "settings" "control panel" "add remove programs" Find internet explorer in the list of programs, and click on "remove"

If you want to leave Outlook Express in the computer for the new owner to use you could delete all the emails in all categories pretty fast, then to delete your mail account in the computer click on "tools", then "internet options", Accounts, and click on "remove". That way the new owner could not use your email account, it will be gone.

Just download 'Mozilla Thunderbird' and set it as the default web mail clients during its installation

Thunderbird makes e-mailing safer, faster, and easier with such features as intelligent spam filters, a built-in RSS reader, and quick search. Thunderbird was designed to prevent viruses and to stop junk mail so you can get back to reading your mail. Thunderbird provides effective tools for detecting junk mail. Its tools analyze your e-mail and identify those that are most likely to be junk. You can automatically have your junk mail deleted or you can put it in a folder you specify, just in case you like reading junk mail.

You can download it from here:

Mozilla Thunderbird 2.0.0.14
