Can I use outlook express or lotus notes to retrieve and send my yahoo email. I access the free yahoo mail.?

I doubt it's changed since, but a few years ago Yahoo! and Excite would not let you use Outlook or similar programs to retrieve your mail.
Can I use outlook express or lotus notes to retrieve and send my yahoo email. I access the free yahoo mail.?
The free Yahoo cannot be accessed because it uses it's own Web based email client, but if you upgraded to Yahoo Mail Plus then you can access it through Outlook because it uses POP3 access protocol.


FYI, Gmail and Hotmail can be accessed via outlook, they use POP3.
