get ypops its a small free program that allows you to use a email client program with the free version of yahoo mail. Make sure you are using the old version of yahoo email. Reply:You can get your yahoo mail through Outlook Express now only if you have paid for Yahoo Plus service. If not, sorry no can do anymore.
