How do you retrieve deleted email for Outlook Express?

Hopefully you can just drag it out of the delete folder. If it is not in there, you will have to use a recovery program. I use pcrecovery. It is hard to set up and use, but it works. Use it immediately before it gets overwritten, or it is gone forever.

Deleted mail can be read, moved to folder, replied etc. Go to the deleted items, right click it, then a pop up appears and asks the above.
