Did you properly configure Outlook Express entering the SMTP and POP3 (or IMAP as the e mail system requires) servers properly?





Did you properly address the port numbers (which is very critical as many e mail systems no longer use the default port numbers)?





Did you address SSL encryption if such is required by your server?





Contrary to the other person who provided an answer, Outlook Express and all other e mail clients must be properly configured for your e mail servers for success. Most e mail systems provide nicely detailed instructions on configuration - but you must methodically and carefully configure.





My suggestion is for you to get the needed configuration information and then configure it.
Reply:I ALWAYS have problems with it. It's such a flawed software. I suggest sticking to Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, just ANYTHING other than Outlook Express lol It's too complex. Best of luck!
