Outlook Express Email Folders?

When I click on "New Folder" in OUtlook Express, it no longer opens a new folder. It used to. I have tried deleting email but still doesn't work. How do I fix this?

Microsoft wants you to upgrade, if you dont you will continue to have issues with Outlook Express. I had the same problem and a couple others.


Windows Live Desktop is very much like Outlook Express except you can check yahoo, msn, hotmail, comcast, gmail, ect...You can change the interface colors. Its actually quite nice looking.

Reply:After u click folder, click new, u get a window, give name and choose the location in the outlook express and then enter. I have tried it just now and it worked. If not, reinstall the outlook express.

I noticed it did that for me too,but I had lots of them at the time, I think O.E. only allows so many, then it stops functioning.





You can try to make 'new folder' under some other folder, like drafts, or what have you. that may work
unusual name
