I downloaded Norton Internet Security and cannot receive email via Outlook Express-what can I do ?

Everything was working just fine before this. I can receive email through Bell South but not through Outlook Express. Who do I contact Norton (Symantec) or Bell South to fix this problem or can I fix it myself? Thank you.

had the same prob. this week , go to nortons website and download the " autofix" it will self execute and sort the problem for you
Reply:Uninstall all Nortons products. Complete rubbish in my opinion.
